SMS and Voicemail/Voice Drop Compliance

To ensure you stay up to compliant and keep your account active you will need to complete a few things before you get started.

• Complete A2P Registration

  1. Complete Business Profile

  2. Go to Settings > Phone Numbers > Trust Center

  • Submit Business Profile for Review (Not required for Sole Prop)

  • Submit registration for A2P Brand and Campaign Registration (SMS)

• Make sure all Phone Numbers are validated through clearourphone.io

• Make sure only send SMS to cell phone numbers only

• Have clear instructions on first message how the recipient can opt out

• Make sure you set a goal step for each campaign and remove leads from campaign when they reach the goal

• Spread out the sending frequency of SMS. Use drip mode when enrolling contacts in SMS campaign.

• Do not send more than 500 cold SMS per day.
